Hi,

Download latest file from support side after download file open software add firmware then press power on phone without sim card connect phone with pc then write (*#782872# switch phone to qualcomm) and flash phone .
I think it's enough .

i told already switch phone to flahs mode and updarte fw. i have checked on my phone and all ok.
