I9195 No Service

I repair imei on this phone but I get
No Service Selected network (02-uk) unavailble
when I try to search for network it search for 2/3 seconds and stops without results.
I have tried writing a few differnt qcn to phone from sharing thread but it hasn't helped.

What else can I try, I reflashed the same firmware it didn't help either.

I faced this poblem but i solved only good qcn need.
Try this qcn.
After write Qcn restart the phone.

Am getting "not registered on network" and "no service" sometimes.

Any other solutions I can try In service mode I get "service" Limited
then sometimes it changes to "Service" Availible and I can make a call then it drops again to no service.
