I can not unlock T599N - GSM-Forum

Hi there
I can not unlock this phone.
OK makes process , when I enter "00000000" says incorrect code.
I Wipe, Root with VolcanoBox and VRoot.
That may be happening with this phone I have unlocked a lot of this model and never had happened.
