This card never used with any account before.

You can buy a new credit account or refill credits to an existing one you have. Inform your sales manager about it while ordering the item. Otherwise, the system will automatically create a new account for z3x credits.

Please be attentive as there is no possibility of combining credits from two different accounts.

Good afternoon, I may have expressed myself incorrectly initially. The programmer was purchased in 2017 and was used on an offline computer. No accounts have ever been entered. After some time it was not used at all, now when using some functions it asks for a password. Do I just need to buy credits or register somewhere first?
