i have proplem with my z3x box
 

it can open normal but after i make read code or unlock or flash or any thing it give's me cyrtical fail

the box give error and close fast

dreiver was good and usb is good i have more 2 boxes and working v.good

same problem with me
box open nomral and choose model
after try unlock or flash give me that error
.....
i have another box work very good no problem

bro, try uninstall and clean driver,
restart PC and install again..:)

my bro this box have problem with 10 pc xp and win 7
in same time i have more than one box work fine
its card or box driver

i remove the card and put in another working box same problem

100% card problem how to update card firmware ?

Open shell, click on the "Settings and card tools", then click on "Run hardware Wizard", then follow the steps.

This looks more like an OS issue, why don't you try a different pc? or re installing windows at least?
