if you type *#1234# on the phone is there "Phone: Unknown"?

It is probably EFS corrupted. Try to write nvm with z3x. Than flash the the EFS file with odin to the phone. But in most cases I had to perform jtag repair with RIFF to solve this problem.

i made one last week tryed whit z3x whitout sucess i update it tru odin to 4.0 and all ok try first repair efs whit z3x if not help flash it and will repair the imei regards

But I dont have this dongle, so I dont have any experience. I have experience with Riff box and in most cases it works. But sometimes it could be hardware problem.
