hi i got activation from reseller of lg z3x but the problem is i cant update smart card
when I run card wizard,update card option is hidden,i try refresh button but still it's hidden,he is saying me to update my card but cant update...using latest shell version.
Need help how to update z3x

bro use latest released shell 4.2.3 download from support and update now

hi mr.blang.thnx for the reply,but right now i dont have that box with me,its other shop,my friend he is out of country,will be back after few days,as he comes, i will post screen shot if not being done by new version also

here is the screen shot of z3xlg activation problem with new shell.

but when I want to activate update card not visible but as my reseller said its activated from his side,
Sorry for late post. some problem with my friend so he was out of country now he come and i posted here
