I9505 cant fix imei

Hello,
I have a I9505 with no IMEI (NO 004 or NULL) just 00/01.
It gets signal with few of the provider in my country (not all), and the signal is not stable.
and the fix on 15.2 & 16.6 doesn't work
Im now on 4.2.2, which firmware should I try to fix with ? or any other ideas ?

Thanks, this fixes the imei but still no reception except 1 provider .(tried few imeis)
