I have already wrote to Swisscom which is the phone's provider and they sent me an unlock code but it doesnt work. Then I wrote them back telling that the unlcok code didnt work so they wrote me back the next:

https://goo.gl/VZ7mHn

So If I request an unlock code by imei from a third party unlock service, that code should work fine?

I have already asked a local unlock service, I have explainied them what happened and they told me the next: "Good morning, sorry but for those devices with alterations at knox level there is no solution currently"

So I dont know what to do.

Why phones that have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't be unlocked using sever neither MSL unlock code?
