i bought z3x and when i click on show card info say no cart connected and if i start wizard the only options i can select are transfer account or repair card...what i've to do??

download latest shell....install drivers then click on shell's hardware buttorn let the wizard run...or post screen shots

ok i solved problem...easyjtag control port driver was not installed so i did driver update adn now work..thanks!!!
