Member: 1123854 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | kp500 IEMI repair failure SGOLD3 2.1 Many thanks for all the fantastic regular updates from the z3x team, not sure if this is a bug or something I am doing wrong. Trying to repair IMEI on KP500 but just cannot get it to work. after direct unlock IMEI section of software is greyed out and cannot be selected. if I disconnect repair option can be selected but get MPL error as below. would be very gratefull for any advice offered. PMB8877 Module 1.1 started. SW: Ver 2.1.0.49 Connecting to KP500 in UART Mode (COM41 ,921600) Please reconnect battery, press and hold power button... Phone found! (MCU:UNK  5) prebooting...Release power button. Booting... Reading info... BOOT Stage Finished , sending authority... Sending SEC pack... Reading ... Analising EEPROM... Phone IMEI:3517xxxxxxxxx Unlock codes: NCK[0]: 42590793 (UNLOCKED) Reading codes... Sending SEC pack... Reading ... Analising EEPROM... Phone IMEI:3517xxxxxxxxx SimLock Data Cleared! Writing ... Sending SEC pack... Writing done! Disconnected. Repairing IMEI... , phone must be powered on! Current IMEI: Writing new IMEI:3517xxxxxxxxxxx Result is: Repairing IMEI... , phone must be powered on! Current IMEI:3517xxxxxxxxxxxx Writing new IMEI:3517xxxxxxxxxxx Result is:MPL ERROR IMEI Repair failed , please make Direct Unlock and try to repeat procedure again. |

Member: 1123854 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | Thanks for the fast reply, great support, havent got the phone with me at the moment as customer didnt want to leave it, bringing it back in a few days. will send static_eeprom reading as soon as possible, unless any member has a KP500 to hand, that could PM a reading to you now. |
