KU990iG unlock problem

hi, ive been trying to unlock an LG KU990iG today but keep getting this problem. i checked if it unlocked after the process but still locked. Phone is locked to vodafone UK. heres the logs

tried to unlock again today, still same problem. any help? :)

is battery fully charged ?

do you wait phone fully on before pressing ok ?

First flash the phone,then unlock the phone.

After stage 2 need wait, phone write "Insert sim card' and only this need press Ok button in software :)

hi guys, the battery was fully charged and i waited till it said insert sim on phone till i pressed ok on the pc. but still same problem as you can see from original log. any other ideas?

After stage 2 POWER ON phone fully, in lcd must write INSERT SIM card and only after this press in software ok button.

thanks andrew, done as u suggested but still wont unlock. do u think it could be drivers problem?
