It just so happens that you were reading and writing "pre" signed firmwares (meaning before they started signing). Just like Andrew_TM said, once you try to write a signed one it WILL fail guaranteed (versions starting from about Sept 2016, more or less). So just be careful, cuz it's a little hard to get good stock firmwares for LG's nowdays. | |

I'm quite familiar with these new signed firmwares, it's a pain in the butt.. lol Any chance of computing or bypassing signatures for writing read firmwares by firmware maker? Just curious since you found a signed FRP solution. | |
