how i can fix this?? i was change the USB cable and change the pc, but the error still, it just can read the information on some times.

Since you know all in Gsm,
What users are trying to say is thiis..root file on support make the unlocking easier and more faster.it doesn't mean that the person cannot get from googling it.
I think we have new security and old security.
So don't try to be the only wise man here.
If you have the method or file for Root kindly share here
