Case is extremly important (police case)... revive phone from download mode to normal state afTER despetry trying frp unlock , at least i sill have all data, and possibility to ulock this screen lock. MAYBE i SHALL TRY Some other tool, if Z3X cant unlock it

For exit from firmware mode read info in download mode and manual reboot phone.

For extract data from userdata you can use Firmware maker and read userdata partition. Unpack ext4 and extract data.

Phone with new firmware version and you can't reset user lock. Only reflash with checked erase user data.

Hi, googled the problem, found few treads here got ext4 unpacker... but how to change user data "tot" file, into "img" that is readable by the software?

Can you send me a bit more info, TIA (checking now http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f988...users-2112443/ will try it tomorrow and post here if it´s successful)
