Phone does not have NULL or UNKNOWN or 000000000000000 IMEI, Phone was successfully unlocked by other tool afterwords but keep getting such error in z3x.

How error? Post repair IMEI log. Software Calc CS byte(15 digit in IMEI) and in CS not correct show BAD IMEI.
