Hello. Refunded. If your phone stuck on logo you need connect phone to USB cable, press and hold Vol - button and Power ON button. When phone start reboot you need unhold all button and press Vol + button and wait download mode screen. After this you can repeat unlock/repair operation. LG server can’t charge credits twice for same phone.

i have done this, but the PHONE is still stuck on LOGO, and its more than 1 HOUR now,so what must I do now?

Done what? If unlock completed without errors then phone must back to working condition.

And notice: If your phone stuck on logo you need connect phone to USB cable, press and hold Vol - button and Power ON button. When phone start reboot you need unhold all button and press Vol + button and wait download mode screen. After this you can repeat unlock/repair operation.

Indeed, the Credit is refunded, but the Phone is still stucking on Logo up til now after doing all that u have told me to do, so I'm asking whether reflashing it will bring back the Phone to Life?
