Flashing mine with same file. Its currently at 40%. You should charge battery at external source before flashing. It will work.

It looks like the unlock process messes with a partition, which makes it get stuck in download mode. Repartition during flash process should change that.

You can't more unlock Sprint phone with Android 7 because LG add firmware sign. You can't write in phone only signed firmware.

For repair phone:
Put phone in Download mode
Reflash with last firmwares
