my serial is : AABCD8C9
use my user perfectly, delete the program and reinstall, now I cannot use my user for credits, throw the following error "login attached to different card!". Could you help me solve the problem?

Hello. This login belongs to another card. If you dont have access to this card - you cannot deattach login.

This account used at first with another card and now attached to this card. If you are owner of this card - you can manually deattach it.

Help i`m having login attached to different card! I bought this Box from GSM SERVER Since 2013 & always bought my credits from them too. Now i can`t use my remaining credits & GSM SERVER is not willing to help

Hello. If you have few card, try to deattach login with one of them.

I used to have a box that was burned and now I want to apply the credit on it to the new box
But it gives an error and says that it has already been set to someone else
Now there is a way for me to use what you did or not
I have the serial number of the previous box and the current one
Is it possible or not?

Greetings, I did not order another z3x, I had 2 workplaces and closed 1 due to the covid crisis, I took both z3x to the same workshop and I do not remember which one I registered the credits in, now in both it tells me that the account is linked to another card , I have the username and password and the date of purchase.
