my new box is easy jtag activated samsung BUT
 

my new box is easy jtag activated samsung and samsung pro.

my problem when using d880 cable on phones... it always says:
sending loader1.. OK
then timeout...

my old box is working just fine.. and for the 2g models I now using my old z3x box (not the jtag)

please help

should i send back to reseller?

You should have plenty of tricks to work with such phone, lower speed, remove battery connect it when you select procedure then just press many times power on.
