hello Z3x Team!
My z3x sim card damage.. how to replace it.. i have used since 10years.
today full dead. :(

And also my full acount lock with that simcard. how to unlock my acount for use in other box.

login unlock from card can be done only via reseller.

damaged card can not be replaced.

card must be in good fisicaly condition for send replace request.

no agree my resller about this issue.. they said we have no faciality to fix this .
they said plz contact with z3x team.they will solve ur problem.
