N910A Unknown Baseband after downgrade


I found and flashed the android 5.0.1 firmware here

i enter recovery mode, wipe data/reset, wipe cache. Reboot the phone

1st boot
Att logo showing then auto reboot

2nd boot
i get android is upgrading message
optimizing X of X apps

then it auto reboots again and repeating. I reflashed the firmware a few times but same problem. Please help
