NEC Smart Tool

Dear Team, How to run NEC Smart Tool ?
when I run exe tool just disappear after startup window.

I know tool outdated but we are still required this tool, phone still exist in market, so please make it alive again.
as I found you closed activation for NST so please make it free for z3x users. Thanks
