Problem unlock id provider Alcatel OT-808

Hi,
I've this problem, this is my log:

Phone Model: Alcatel OT-808
Phone IMEI: 012016001981465
Provider ID: 808A-2AALUSJ
Lock ID: ALUSJ
Searching Base... ( About 30sec.)
Unknow Provider ID!

I need to unlock this phone, Provider ID is correct, is the same in the sticker...
Someone can help me?
