This thread regarding problem of NO NETWORK or network without 3G/4G/LTE with new qualcomm phones after imei repair or UNLOCK:

such as:
i747,i737,i9505,m919n etc.

If you you have any problem with netowork after unlock/imei repair, please write to phone this NVM. To be sure try write 2 times 1 by 1, if phone restart while writing, repeat again write nvm.

Please all time use last version, post log and result of your job. Time to fix this problem forever. We need testing and results.

Please dont ask about S4,Note3,G7102,S7275R new qualcomm now, we remember and working on it. Just solution will be ready, we will add, and like usually absolulty free without any credits stay here.

i have I9506 unlock ok but to low network can i write this file there? as the same problem also with I9505.

try repeat few times write NVM, restart phone.
1st time after writing may be need more time for network find.

don't solve the problem for I9506 but ok with I9505
