Mr Blang I have 7 or 8 Note 2 I317M phones with no network or limited connectivity issue....fter unlock this happened... I have restored the nvm items and qpst backups as well... can you please help.....

i tested your NVM file on I747M ver 4.3... i did exact as you said but it doesnt work ( no network/4G-LTE) (some time get network but no calls)even i tried to repair imei... i still have that phone if you want i can test it for you.

You can see in my log after writing NVM each time I wait for 2-3 minutes but problem still same...in last i repair imei just i case it might help..I always solve this problem by using ver 16.9.
