You can't restore CERT,
You can only write existed CERT file to phone.
CERT file contain: IMEI+SIGNATURE.
so if you write CERT file you will have imei signed inside this file.

Sweet, what about N900T and N900A Modem patch, it works and phone keeps the same IMEI. Is there anything wrong with that unlock method?

Blang any way to imei repair i8260l galaxy core?? It have cert? Because other box can repair it. Not cert, repair imei.

At this moment is not possible to read certificate from Qualcomm models?

It's only possible to write on it CERT readed by same Exynos models (for example CERT from n900 writed on N9005)?

yes but you cant reverse only form n900 to n900a

Cert can be only read from N900 and N9000Q, all others can be written only.
