Worked for 2 weeks until I reset the phone to factory again. It went back to the original IMEI that was blacklisted. I thought it was strange so I put the cert back in it. Restarted the phone and it still had the cert I changed to. I set it back to factory settings again and it went back to the original blacklisted IMEI again. Anyone have this before or have a fix for it?
