im a new user of z3x box and i have problem with instalation of smart card "card not conected" with this problem i cant use my box or activate it

pleeese need help from expert

just reinstal your smart card driver ,,, or update driver .,..

and then check ...

i think you need install first smart card reader drivers.
try use pkey drivers.
