problem downloading from support,please help....

hi,

i am having problems downloading support files, after clicking the file it says downloaded and progress bar finish immediately but no file was downloaded.

please advice what should i do to restore my download, i need to download some files badly needed.

it seems direct download not functioning you have to click "Go to Support" and download from there, tried just now and download is fine. Sorry did not find any post or announcement cannot use direct download anymore.

it is good to hear that your problem is ok now,,, but mine is still not working,,, i already did in "Go to Support" and also in z3x shell download area is working with me..........

HOPING THE PRODUCT SUPPORTER WILL HELP ME......

try make this steps.

1. disconnect box.
2. Run shell.
3. Press on card in shell.
4. Connect box.
5. Press Shift + wizzard.
6. Make all steps from wizzard.

all users who are unable to download. make this steps, it's the new method of downloading.


1. open shell with box connected
2. pres "go to support button " at the right bottom of the shell. it will link you to the downloading site
3.Scroll down and you'll find all files and update there.

NOTE: DO NOT USE OLD METHOD OF PRESSING THE SUPPORT FILE. DO AS I SAID ABOVE

Maybe you have using Download manager for download file. Thats why you get the problem.From Z3x support area don't use IDM.Just download with default explorer,

download problem arises again now, yesterday is ok maybe server down? i'm not using download managers on any support sites.

i tried again today and found out i can download all files but not LG flash file like KM900?:confused:

please can it be made possible flash file KM900 available for download?
