Problem when open samsung tools [Answered] - GSM-Forum

hi
i have a problem in my z3x box
its give me a program damaged
but in the shell the smart card connect
and its cannot update it

Do you try reinstall samsung tool? Attach screenshot of error.

i changed the windows and change my computer and the same problem

May be you install same windows?) Post screenshot of error. Other tools working? 2g tool for example.

I face this problem but when I disconnect Sigma dongle from pc then all work fine..

Yep, sometimes different smart card readers may conflict with each other.

i dont have any another smart card just z3x
im sure the problem from smart card
