if the video guide not solves the problem try to see if there are other software that conflict with z3x samsung tool pro or if you have another pc try to install samsung tool pro and see if the program is still damaged

if the smart card is not damaged, try to check if any software box or dongle or other software such as antivirus goes into conflict with z3x samsung tool pro and from error z3x error programm demaged.

or check if you have another pc by installing z3x if it gives the same error as the damaged program
