z3x program damaged

hello

my error is z3x program damaged

so disale hardware wizard icon repair dead card

only enable show card info

repair dead card is disabel and not work

Hello, if you have followed all the procedures by reading these two threads for the recovery of the smartcard without success.

the only solution is to replace the damaged smartcard with a new z3x smartcard by purchasing it here

If you have an active usarname account and z3x password with credits, you must follow the instructions by reading this thread in point number 4 to transfer your z3x account from the damaged smartcard to the new one.

Just send email with SN old and new card: sales @z3x-team.com

P.s: I recommend if you have not already tried if you have another PC try to install the z3x program to see if the smartcard is not damaged or if you have another smartcard reader insert the z3x smartcard by removing it from the box and putting it in the smartcard reader to see if the smartcard is damaged or the box that has a hardware problem.

If it were the z3x smartcard you have to replace it as I wrote above in the procedure
