Samsung Tool pro crash problem [Solved]


hi
after 1 minute or so the software crashes and i need to disconnect and reconnect the box please solve this issue

Usually its smartcard reader problem... Re install all the box drivers

uninstall Samsung tool full,clean registry,temp,prefetch also,reboot system and disable AV/firewall...install pro again,now it should work normally.

The same thing happened to me, except that it would close after about 15 seconds.
The problem was in the smart card driver. Windows, or perhaps Chimera, had replaced the driver and made it Windows Smart Card Driver. Resetting it to alcor smart card driver solved the problem.
