you must delete EFS folder then you can repair imei ,and you can use
v12.5 for repair I9100 imei its already supported by great Z3X team

1) Use Version 11.9/12.2
2) Root Handset
3) Tick Unlock + Repair EFS

Also Instead trying to repair efs using click repair and then change imei so make sure box is unticked

you have to go back to 2.3.3 and take root.
Then select repair imei, enter the code and press ok. The machine will reboot twice then repaired imei
