I put manualy only 2G and full signal, next put in settings automatic options 2G, 3G, 4G after this HSPA working. Thats all

1) you chose wrong comport
2) you didn´t check usb debugging on developers options
3) did you root the phone?
4) did you select proper mode? (dm+modem+adb)
