put usb and rj45 cable in phone and press unlock. if you get same error than

use this methode... turn phone go to settings reset all setings back to factory then unlock works 100%

try uncheck option use 2in1 cable. and try unlock via old method 1 by 1 cables. need original usb cable from phone box for this method + j750 RJ45.
