S4 GT-i9505 ( mobile network not avialable ) serial number 00000000000 PROBLEM - GSM-Forum

hello there
i am new to z3x boxes i have both of your products the BOX and the Pro Jtaj so
i have this problem which i9505 came to me with ( not registered in network ) problem with 4.2.2 AOS i had just update it to new 4.4.2 kitkat version with the firmware details as follow :
AP: i9505xxufna5
CP: i9505xxufna5
csc: i9505ojvemk5

the problem was temporary fixed but back again with ( mobile network not avialable ) problem and serial number becomes 00000000000
Then i rooted it and changed the IMEI with the original IMEI which in back sticker , problem still in with network.
Then i flashed modem file or Baseband with i9505XXUFNA1 just for trying and also i attempt with restoring the QCN file i Backed it up firstly also still stuck with this PROBLEM ( mobile network not avialable ) .

1- i don't sure which serial number to write and how to do that...
2- i think it's realy simple problem but there is something messing for me because the i9505 is 4G LTE phone and in my region it's not function-able yet we had only GSM 2G / 3G wcdma hspa and these 3G releases.
3- i read a bout repair network and Network fix file NVM but these method was in earlier versions of z3x software tools and i use the latest one.

please help me if you understand exactly where can be this problem and how to fix it with my tools...

bro u need to find out ok efs back up from runing set and then restore with z3x
ur imei num will dame like 00444999 but ur serial num show RXZXXXX LIKE THIS after that repair imei num and check gain ur problm wil slove ......but take back up laso of everyt hing

the under battery sticker is scratched i can't see the S/N

where can i find a good EFS back up file
and how to write it with z3x

PLEASE i am STUCK with this phone from two days ago

my problem now is how to write a QCN file to i9505 running AOS 4.4.2
first problem is with help connection procedure in manual i can't see MODEM or PDA setting when use *#7284# and when use DM/DUM over HS-USB* in *#9090# the phone reboot and don't know it's set or not
sometimes when i use RNDIS-DM-MODEM can read QCN but when attempt to Write QCN it ends with error as the log below

Selected model: I9505
Selected port: COM15 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading QCN file... OK
Checking phone at COM15
Detected ID: 00000FE8 (Unknown)
SW Version:
Checking paths... error
Restoring EFS Backup... error (0)
Done with Samsung Tool v.18.9

and when i use QPST tool it doesn't read the phone
