S8000 can`t undersatand

simly i want to read info from s8000
I install drivers from z3x\samsung\3g\samsung drivers
for me they are look strange ( com10 com12)

and 3G tool writes that phone not found? What`s wrong ?

as i see u used patch file,so put phone is download mode and use BUTTON update firmware WHEN COMPLETE then unlock,soft will make com automatically.u dont need to do it manually.

i`m already did that and select USB CP in phone

i just want to read info or do something else...
With flashing i have no problem
