i9003 repair efs modem not ready? - GSM-Forum

This is another phone, it has the same error as the i9100 and I get the same problem with the modem not being ready either.
what am I doing wrong?

I need an answer, if I type *7284# and change the USB to modem, the whole process doesnt work.
do I have to do it with a sim or sd inserted?
please respond I already search for the answer and didnt find it.

i have the same problem with i9300 , did you manage to fix this ? any answer from z3x team ?
