thank you for the reply but i've tried that and it just fails at "sync info" not sure what to do. i've done alot of research and every where it says that phone can't be done but those are all old posts!
somone said that they were able to unlock two A847D with Pegasus box. But can't find anyone who was able to unlock this phone with Z3X!

1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
3. Connect USB cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
6. Press Unlock SP button.
