D880 error


I have one samsung d880 factory unlocked and i want to put a personalized frmware but when i try read the phone give this error , i have tryed in 2 diferent computers , the cable i am using is J750,i have changed the speed comunication but is the same see log:

Selected model: D880_m
Selected com port: COM7
Selected speed port: 230400
Please, connect phone and press power button 3 seconds
Phone Detected
Use manual parameters
Phone in TAT MODE
Phone IMEI: 90C780FF0000D4
Phone SW: Ç€ÿ
