which flash did you use?

go to **************,register and download the i9505 software,russian from may 2013.flash with odin and unlock!

Me too same question...

I have one units I9505 impossible to unlock. Z3X says unlock ok but isnt unlock.

I continue testing...

go to s.a.m.obile.com and search for i9505 firmware.download the russian firmware from may 2013.hope it helps

- Cable UART C3300K
- Select com port box in ST software
- Press *#7284# and select "Modem"
(Only show one option interface "UART")
*default setting: "PDA"
- Press *#9090# and select "4 - DM over UART"
*default setting: "DM/DUN over HS-USB"
- Press "Unlock"

with new firmware,your solution is usless.need reflash toolder 4.2.2 to unlock
