SM-G710 insert sim card to access network services - GSM-Forum

Hi all
phone was emergency call , IMEI CERT FAIL, after writing CERT file IMEI CERT PASS, and still emergency call when i go to network setting it shows insert sim card to access network services, SIM is inserted and phone accepts sim
any help apperciated

bro you just need a new cert that's all.
