Member: 2244501 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 16 | N910P IMEI written with Z3x Lag keyboard Here is what I did in order: MODEL: N910P 4.4.4 (downgrade from 5.0.1) 1) Backed UP EFS then Tried to write cert 2) MSL failure so I WIPED EFS to fix that issue, Wrote Cert, then Rewrote the EFS 3) Matched the MEID to written Cert using DFS (you need spc code for DFS for which I used the MSL/SPC reader app 4)Got Invalid sim issue to used the Sprint Unlocking .apk to unlock it and successfully use with GSM network Rogers 5) Got a weird Wifi issue of it not remembering passwords and forgetting on reboot 6) used Prop Editor to edit ro.secure. to fix wifi remembering Now only issue that remains is there is a .5 second lag in the keyboard after writing 5-10 letters (Not a keyboard issue as I have tried swype and Go), Think it has something to do with Prop file. Anyone have any clues of this lag issue? have already tried update to lollypop and Downgrade to kitkat, no fix, thinking of trying CM 12.1 to see if it fixes. |

Member: 2076039 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 648 | ****ty phone with a big screen. Im not just picking on you, ill say the same thing about my LS990. Nothing has run as fast as my G925P. I attribute it to the octo core processor instead of the quad core. And Exynos instead of that Qualcomm garbage. That lag that youre feeling is most likely the quad core suffering from lack of software/os optimization. Easiest way to fix it? Better and faster hardware. |
