Replacement Smart card [Answered]


I already had two Z3x and both damaged the Smart card, I didn't know I could replace it, today I use Pandora's box, but I would like to recover my Z3x, but I was sad to know that I can no longer replace it because only active users in the last 6 months will be able to replace the Smart card.
Please Z3x team change this policy of only activating users from the last 6 months, we are old Z3x users and I didn't know it was possible to recover the damaged smart card. I have the SN and also the dealer's email and Shell data

Hello, it is a pity that this happens. But the activations and accounts are transferred only for customers with an unworkable Z3X smart card and a box/dongle that was last launched no later than 6 months ago. The user must have both an old and a new card to transfer. Forbidden or lost boxes are not included in this list.

I will not expand further on the subject. But my first Z3x lasted for many years without presenting problems, when it presented a problem I bought the second Z3x and spent it on LG activation, and after 4 months I believe, the smartcard presented problems and I decided not to buy another one due to lack of money, at that time perhaps already There was a possibility of recovery and I didn't look for it because I didn't know.
