Samsung I9505 4.4.2 can't connect via usb or uart - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have Samsung I9505 4.4.2.I can not connect via usb or uart.I try everythng ,for usb(*#9090# and *#0808#),for uart (*#7284#),adjust everythng,but with no succes.This is the log:

Selected model: I9505
Selected port: COM26 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info... no answer from phone

Unlock this modell under 4.4.2

1. USB Debuging
2. rooten mit CF Auto Root
3. *#7284# Modem
4. *#0808# DM - Modem _ ADB
5. *#9090# DM over Uart
6. new security select
7. activate "skip Backup"
8. Unlock Button

whit USB not UART !!!

Read Phone info not possible by my but unlock not problem
