some truble in unlock sam-N7105 note 2 pls help

I have one also cant connect it..I v been using Samsung s7070 cable but cant connect.
cable is good as I am still using it with galaxy sIII for repair.
Wired thing is that when I select [4]DM over Uart[] phone reboots and when I check again with *#9090# it shows option [5] selected. Is it normal?

with z3x I can connect it via usb and in software all ok.
But phone still aksing for sim network unlock pin.any idea?

here is complete nvm backup...

Type *#7284# and select USB->PDA, UART->MODEM
Then SAVE and Restart
Type *#9090# and select DM over UART
Then try again.

No joy already tried many times.....
I think I need good efs to repair this...any one have working phone share plz..

still same problem after update 13.6 cant connect phone :confused:

try uart cable or change uart cable. 80% connection problem via UART - bad cable.
