HI guys while i m unlocking getting this error

Code:

  UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
      Read codes only
      USB cable :
  1. Phone must be powered on.
  2. Type *#782872# to switch phone to Qualcomm USB mode,
     (after operations you can enter *#726872# to switch back to Samsung USB mode.)
  3. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
  4. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
  5. Enter *#7465625# (phone must display locks status).
  6. Press 'Read codes' to read security codes.

Hi old software working but now after i got freeze code nck code can not enter always error it it got hard lock any solution for that?

Hi here photo of the phone with simcard it show phone freez
When I entered freez code it show fail to deactivate freez

As i understand, you able to enter freeze, but phone dont accept it? Also attach log please.

yes i can able to put enter freez code but can not enter i have read the code after reinstall my pc i lost the log and now i can not even read code again, is that any special version u recommend i can download and try?
