When i try to install newest update i get error "This program requires Windows Service Pack 1 or later"

Version I am using without problems is Samsung Tool Pro v42.11

I have Windows 11 build 22000.613

How can I install?

I updated version by version up to 44.3, only last version 44.4 throws that error.
